Zales ad - deceptive or honest...?

I just saw an ad for Zales Jewelers. They were advertising a sale on a specific style, saying that it was $$$ less than the regular price.

The shifty part is at the bottom of the ad. "Previous prices may not have resulted in actual sales."

In other words, they normally sell the item at an artificially inflated price.

I guess they get credit for admitting the whole thing, albeit in fine print...
